Clinical indications of proton therapy
Brain and spinal cord: the benign and malignant brain tumour. Includes menigioma, brain metastasis, pituitary adenomas, gliomas, acoustic neuromas.

Base of skull: Chordomas and chondrosarcomas

Brain vascular disease: arteriovenous malformation, Angiographically occult vascular malformations (AOVM)

Head and neck cancer: nasopharyngeal cancer (primary, recurrence and metastasis), oral pharyngeal cancer

Eye disease: Uveal melanomas, macular degeneration, intraocular tumour

Chest and abdomen: lung cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophagus cancer, mediastinum tumour.

Pelvis: prostate, corpus uteri, ovary, Chordomas and chondrosarcomas

Pediatric disease: medulloblastoma, neuroblastoma, other brain and spinal cord tumour. Eye and intraocular tumour, base of skull and spine tumour, lymphoma, pelvis tumour.
